VTQList was written following requests for a low cost method of logging cue points
from a video or audio tape machine combined with the facility to preview the logged cue
points.The program incorporates VTR transport control with a list of cue points and
descriptions and can be operated by either mouse or keyboard Hot-Keys.
VTQList encompasses drop frame and non drop frame time code formats as well as support
for CMX style EDL files.
Alternatively the program could be used as a general purpose utility for remote control
of RS422/Sony 9-pin protocol devices, for example playing in VTR clips at conferences.
